By accessing or using Tidy Dish ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tidy Dish provides restaurant inspection scores, grades, and related data sourced from public health agencies. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any inspection data displayed.

3. User Accounts

Diners and restaurant owners may create accounts. Diner accounts can follow restaurants and submit named reviews. Restaurant accounts can request ownership verification, manage listing photos, respond to reviews, and comment on inspection reports. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile in the mobile app.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data without prior written consent.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the Service.
• Post reviews or comments that impersonate another person or violate another person's rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Tidy Dish name, logo, Tidy Score system, and all original content, design, and code are the property of Tidy Dish. Inspection data is sourced from public records and remains in the public domain. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. HEALTH INSPECTION DATA MAY BE OUTDATED, INCOMPLETE, OR INACCURATE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIDY DISH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INSPECTION DATA DISPLAYED.
